Milagros

Hola familia
So this week has been a very eventful week. I can't even believe all the work we got done. On Monday we picked up a new investigator! Her name is Luisa and she is so sweet! Such a wonderful and nice person. We talked all about the Book of Mormon and our purpose as a missionary and the spirit was so incredibly strong. It was so wonderful. Then Tuesday for District Training Meeting we talked all about our relationship with the members and it was wonderful. I love the members in the Branch so much they are such wonderful people. Hermana Ratliff and I have been working really hard to find new investigators because some of our investigators let us know they didn't want to continue with the lessons this week. But that didn't get us down. We went strait back to work and it was incredible because we decided that we were going to make a goal to follow the spirit all day. So we were driving to an appointment and we pulled over and prayed on where we needed to go. I prayed over all the potential investigators and it was amazing because Hermana Ratliff felt so strongly about this one name on the list. Santiago. So we drove over there knocked on the door and it was this sweet old lady named Miracles. Isn't that a funny coincidence. She is a sweet old lady from Spain whose husband passed away just recently. We gave her a plan of salvation pamphlet and we are going back next week. Next we called a former investigator of the Elders two years ago. We had an appointment with them that night and it was such a wonderful lesson. They talked about how they felt an amazing feeling in their hearts when they heard  or read the Book of Mormon and loved it. We have an appointment with them next week. We taught Miguel and he came to church on Sunday. He said he would read the Book or Mormon and he really likes learning. He is from Peru hahaha and its so funny because I tell him every time that Chantelle served there and he is so funny and amazed and excited every time. He had missionaries in Peru and has been coming to ESL since I transferred into the branch in August. I am so glad that we get to teach him and that he wants to learn to more. Well familia there are so many milagros right around the corner. I am so grateful to serve here. Love you! have a wonderful week!
Love
Hermana Allphin
