Wow...

Hola Familia

Yup this week was crazy busy! We went to the temple and oh my goodness....most beautiful place. I seriously have missed that place so much! It was such a wonderful experience! I loved it! Then on Wednesday we had a lesson with Rocio which was super good. She is just one of the sweetest ladies ever! I love her! She invited us to come back and eat with her and the Zone Leaders (that's who passed her off to us) on Sunday. Then we went to Foodbank which hahaha always an adventure! We got a new investigator on Thursday! It was awesome! She was a referral from our less active. We had just come from a lesson with her and she asked us to go and visit her neighbor who speaks Spanish. Her name is Nancy and she is such a cute girl! Then on Fridaywe prayed and decided to give Bruno to the Elders. It was just to hard to find a women to come with us to the lessons and its getting cold outside. So we passed him off but the lesson was so good! The Elders did such an amazing job! They are just going to kill with Bruno! I think this is the best thing for him! We also picked up another investigator his name is Louis! He is so amazng! He is a referral from the English Sisters in our zone. He has so many questions and wants to learn more. When we left he asked when we could come back. So we are teaching him today! I am really excited for this week! Between General Conference and so many good lessons its going to be amazing! Hermana Dean and I are working so hard and its so amazing to see the lords hands. Hahaha we also were in charge of a fireside yesterday hahaha turns out I kind of turn into a spaz when I speak in front of people...whoops hahaha its was very interesting. Haha I love you all so much! I hope that you have a wonderful and incredible week!

This week.....

I don't know why but honestly I cant tell you huge details about this week? I cant remember....hahaha it was super long and super fast at the same time. We taught Bruno the plan of salvation and it was so good! He is a really amazing person! He has lots of questions which is awesome! We also taught Leila this week the gospel of Jesus Christ! Wow I just love teaching Leila! She is the sweetest cutest person ever! Seriously I just love her so much! She is so spiritual and her son Louis is the sweetest little boy! He reminds me of Hunt a ton! The lesson was so good and the spirit was super strong. We got in with our less actives as well and they are amazing! Its crazy how much you can love people on the mission. Really its insane! I just feel like I love so many people! Its the best ever! We taught Myra yesterday the plan of salvation and the spirit was so strong. She has a lot of trials but she is putting all her faith in the lord. What a wonderful and amazing person. I love her so much! I love this area I am so glad that I know I at least have 5 more weeks here. Maybe more we don't know. Transfers are this week and honestly my whole zone but one are staying. Its amazing I am super happy. Its because everyone is training so we all have another transfer. Ready for the most beautiful experience this week. All the Spanish in the branch went to dinner at this wonderful family in my Wards house. The Morales family. They have a daughter who we are really good friends with and she just decided to serve a mission. So we were all sitting there and she asked us why we decided to serve. It was amazing! So spiritual! Seriously! The four Elders and then Hermana Dean and I shared our stories of why we came out here. Oh my goodness they are powerful! Seriously! This is a huge decision and to see everyone and know why they came out is so powerful! It takes a lot of faith for sure. It was a beautiful experience! All the missionaries are doing something in the fireside this Snday...its going to be interesting. Haha but so fun! I love you familia! The Gross family baptism

Wow this week has been hopping with things to do. We have two new investigators and they are the sweetest. The first is Bruno! He is from Peru and he is so kind. We found him down town street contacting in English! He is super interested and he has a cousin that is LDS in North Carolina. Its amazing! We get to teach him again this week so we are so excited! The next one is Myra. Myra isn't technically a "new investigator" but she is for Hermana Dean and I. She was Hermana Ratliff and Prochelo's investigator but we finally got a hold of her this week! She is the sweetest! She is from Mexico! We taught her the restoration and oh man I love teaching about Joseph Smith. He is such an amazing man! We had a general authority come to the mission and it was amazing! Elder Martino! He is such a amazing man! Seriously! It was all day and literally we were so pumped after! It was like Lets go and baptise all of Canada! Haha the adventure was real. It was fun because we got to see the North Spanish sisters again. Hermana Ratliff and Morgan. Its weird not being around them but oh man I love them so much they are awesome! We had language training with all the Spanish missionaries in the Calgary area and that is always an adventure. Then on Saturday we got to go up to the Gross family baptism! It was amazing to see them all again! They are the cutest ever! I cried a little bit! Both Sebastian and Mayana were baptised and they were so happy! Hermana Dean and I had to do the ten minute first in English......it was so hard. Not because I didn't know the words but because I am so used to saying Jesucristo instead of Jesus Christ. So it was kind of a struggle. Apparently I don't speak English or Spanish but I am pretty good at Spanglish;) They are such an amazing family and I cant believe we met them in April. My favorite thing in the world was to see their progression. From April to September they are the most incredible family! I just love them! The adventure continues in Canada! Rain...then snow...then rain again

Hola Familia

I hope you all had a wonderful week! This week was an adventure for me! We taught Leila the plan of salvation and she loved it! Seriously it was one of the best lesson ever! She was so cute and you could just see how touched she was in her eyes. She wants to be baptized and we are so excited. She has a wonderful son as well. They are just the best ever! We were not able to meet with Rubiela this week but we are meeting with her this upcoming week. We were finding all week and we found some pretty awesome potentials that we have lessons with. One of them we found while downtown street contacting. It was really funny because we went on splits and we were contacting in English (because its canada) and i started talking to this guy and he was like "oh sorry i don't very good english" I asked him where he was from and he said Peru. It was so funny because I switched to Spanish and said. No worries we speak Spanish. The look on his face was like "oh no....my one excuse." But he heard us out and we have an appointment with him tomorrow. So funny! We also have a member of the 70 coming this week to our mission. Elder Martino! Its going to be awesome! I am super excited. President gave Hermana Dean and I to go the Gross family's baptism! I am so excited! I just love their family so much! We had the area 70 come into our Relief society and talk to us on Sunday. He totally speaks Spanish! He is such a sweet guy! So many church famous people! Its awesome! It for sure been a cold week. It rained for 24 hours strait. This rain was like ice! It was so cold! Then it slowly turned into snow. We can see Banff (the mountains) from my area right now and oh my goodness the mountains are covered in snow! Winter is coming and its only September...haha crazy!
